We don’t accept payment for editorial coverage. Sponsored content, when it appears, is labelled clearly and editorially walled off from our standard coverage. No exceptions.
Accessibility
We design for WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility as a baseline. Reader feedback on accessibility shortcomings receives priority response.
Environmental footprint
Our infrastructure is hosted on carbon-neutral cloud providers. Office travel is minimal by design (we’re a remote team). When we do meet in person, we book economy and offset.
Community contributions
London Health Commission contributes a percentage of annual operating margin to independent journalism support and open-knowledge causes. Recent recipients are listed in our annual transparency report.
